Catering Supervisor Vacancy
The Lakes Aquarium is seeking an experience Catering Supervisor to join our busy team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume environment, working in a supervisory position within hospitality. You will be an accomplished and experienced team leader, have excellent people management skills and be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering brilliant customer service, and be highly organised. The role is very visitor focused and very hands on and will involve active participation in all tasks as well as supervising others in their duties. This will include serving customers, training of team members, ensuring completion of food safety records and HACCP, and cash handling.
Candidates for the post must have experience of supervising a catering outlet, with a high level of customer service and staff motivation.
An understanding of COSHH and food hygiene is required along with safe practices of working in a catering environment. Full training is provided.
This position requires working weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
