In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering facilities, including the 1872 cafe, Oscars cafe, and ice cream kiosk and in the absence of the Catering Manager, be responsible for the day-to-day running of these outlets.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Team leadership – supervising and leading a team of seasonal employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Customer satisfaction – ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and satisfaction during their time with us
• Oversee the daily operations of the 1872 café, Oscars café and Ice Cream Kiosk, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Stock management – monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
The successful applicant would ideally have previous experience in a supervisory role within the catering or hospitality industry, as well as possessing strong communication skills.
The post requires Duty Management responsibility and weekend work.
This role is full-time, permanent, and based at The Lakes Aquarium, a prime location to work!
